The survey using Laser Scanner technology is carried out through specific instruments capable of detecting the existing conditions of the surveyed areas, by means of the accurate geometric scanning of all elements surrounding the instrument. Each scan generates a set of points commonly referred to as a “point cloud”. The point clouds are mutually connected through a compensated topographic traverse.
