HOTEL EXCELSIOR, VIAREGGIO

3D Laser Scanner Survey and BIM Modeling of the Hotel Excelsior real estate complex, located on Viale Giosuè Carducci in Viareggio.

The project involved the creation of a BIM model starting from a point cloud of complex architectural geometries, developed in an Autodesk Revit environment through the use of 3D Laser Scanner survey technology. The produced documentation includes floor plans, sections, axonometric sections, 1:1 scale construction details, and photorealistic renderings.

A diagnostic campaign was also carried out to assess the state of deterioration and the conservation conditions of the building.
